Factual basis: 
Aćimović Srećko was convicted of aiding and abetting genocide, that as a Commander of the 2nd Battalion of the Zvornik brigade of the Army of Republica Srpska, together with the Army and police of Republica Srpska , participated in joint criminal enterprise aimed at imprisoning and executing Bosniak men from Srebrenica, and forcibly removed woman and children from Srebrenica , so on 14th July 1995. Aćimović Srećko was informed that Bosniak men were detained at the Ročević school , an he received an order from the command of the Zvornik Brigade to shoot the Bosniak prisoners, and so on 15th July 1995, Srećko Aćimović prepared ammunition, provided trucks and he ordered truck drivers to transport the Bosniaks to the Drina River in Kozluk, so that all 818 Bosniak who were detained at the school in Ročević were executed, and all those killed were buried in a mass grave in Kozluk.
