Factual basis: 
Between 12 and 19 July 1995 Duško Jević aided members of a joint criminal enterprise, including senior officers of the Army of Republika Srpska and civilian leadership of Republika Srpska, who acted with the intention to exterminate in part the Bosniak population by forcibly transferring around 40,000 women, children and elderly men and by summarily executing between 7,000 to 8,000 men. Aware that the forcible transfer of population was being carried out and that Bosniak men would be summarily executed, Jević, together with Mendeljev Đurić, ordered members of the 1st Company to take part in the forcible transfer of Bosniak civilians from Potočari, the separation of able-bodied men, their incarceration and detention in the so-called ‘White House (Bijela kuća)’, and the subsequent mass killing of the captured men in the ‘Kravica’ Farming Cooperative warehouse.
