Convicted of: 
Genocide by means of killing; causing serious bodily harm to members of the Bosniak population; deliberately subjecting the Bosniak population to conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part; and imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group in 1995.
Factual basis: 
From July to November 1995, Trbić participated in the planning, subsequent capture, detainment, execution and burial of Bosniak males in the Srebrenica enclave. In July 1995, Trbić selected school buildings in Orahovac, Petkovci and Ročević to be used as temporary holding facilities for male Bosniak detainees being transported to Zvornik; during this period Trbić additionally supervised and controlled VRS soldiers in securing detention areas at the Grbavci School in Orahovac that housed male Bosniaks in inhuman conditions. At the same school, Trbić participated in the execution of up to 20 Bosniak men in order to intimidate and control the remaining detainees. Trbić also arranged for the transportation of these detainees to Lazete, where he also participated in the execution of at least one Bosniak male, although approximately 1,000 Bosniak men were executed by VRS soldiers at this location on 14 and 15 July 1995. In mid-July 1995 at the Ročevići School, Trbić fired an automatic rifle at male Bosniak detainees, killing at least five; at the same time and location, Trbić acted with others in supervising VRS soldiers in the transportation of detainees to an execution site, where he participated in carrying out executions of said detainees, resulting in the death of approximately 500 Bosniak men. On 15 July 1995 Trbić participated in the detention and execution of hundreds of Bosniak men. Trbić also ordered and facilitated the logistical support that resulted in the transportation and execution of up to 1,200 Bosniak men at Branjevo Military Farm and another 500 at Pilica Dom. Trbić was also responsible for the capture and execution of 14 Bosniak men who survived the initial violence at the Srebrenica enclave. Trbić was also found guilty of co-ordinating and supervising VRS efforts to conceal crimes by moving corpses to secondary gravesites.
Acquitted of: 
Trbić was acquitted of participating in the planning and forcible removal of the entire Bosniak civilian population from the Srebrenica enclave with the purpose of transporting them to areas under the control of the Army of BiH in July 1995. Trbić was also acquitted of supervising and participating in executions of male Bosniak civilians at Potočari and Bratunac Stadium in mid-July 1995. Trbić was additionally acquitted of taking part in captures, detainment, and/or executions of Bosniak civilian men in mid-July 1995 at the following locations: Bratunac Brigade Headquarters; Jadar River; Cerska Valley; Nova Kasaba; an agricultural warehouse in the village of Kravica; Sandići Meadow; Luke School near Tišća; near the supermarket in Kravica village; Nezuk; Snagovo; and Trnovo.
